The Dock: A Portrait

One of the selling points when I bought my property was its small dock on the creek below the backyard.  The creek sits about 10-12 feet below the level of the backyard; a set of steps leads from the edge of the creek bank down to the dock.  The previous dock washed away in a flood last spring, and the previous owner had it re-built just prior to my moving in.  I hope this dock lasts for years to come!
